We lovingly call them “i Fasol Menin”, friends who invite us to enjoy life with their wine (produced with enthusiasm) and that we try to pay back with our notes. Usually these two events occur in the reverse order, if one wants to guarantee a stylistic coherence… but if you prefer improvisation…

My devotion to art extends to food and good drinking, so while I was trying to convert Gilberto to more or less alcoholic drinks, I met these two exceptional wine-producers.

Their winery/hall has been a familiar homelike place for ten years, not only for concerts, but also for CD recording sessions, and other moments of artistic communion.
